We are all by now familiar with the concept of Click & Collect, whereby you can shop online and at the checkout choose to collect in store (FREE of charge) and then at your convenience collect the paid for and prepared items. We offer this service on our website to make it easier for you to manage your purchases and not forget that urgent item when visiting us in store. This feature will also help you not to miss out on a bargain if you are not able to visit us soon after an offer is announced. When we receive your order we will immediately collect your item(s) and prepare them for you ready for you to collect when you are next passing. Just select Click & Collect at the Basket Page. You will be emailed when your items are ready to collect.
“IN STOCK" MEANS IN STOCK
We won’t waste your time! Our website has a live link with our shop and warehouse. If an item says it is “In Stock” then it is ready to be shipped as soon as you place your order. We are a real business that is open 7 days a week, so you can rest assured that your order will arrive as soon as possible. For items that we are able to “special order” from our suppliers we will display “Special Order - Available in * - * days” and will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
When placing your order you will be given the option to input an alternate delivery address to the billing address you provide. These alternate delivery addresses will then be saved in your address book on your account for use again in the future.
As the size and weight of our items varies significantly we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on international orders. This will be done with your consent and we will not take any further payments after the item has been sent. If, when you are contacted, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost then a full refund will be offered. This will only happen on rare occasions when orders are significantly heavy or large.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with the item(s) you have ordered then please contact us at your earliest convenience. You can return any items that are in their original condition (including tags and packaging) within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund or exchange.
We are delighted to now offer convenient returns on orders to the UK (Mainland Only) through Royal Mail & DPD Pickup. This is available ONCE per order. To use our convenient returns label you will need to have access to a Royal Mail Post Office. If your returned parcel is over 61cm x 46cm x 46cm then you will need to return it to a DPD Pickup Shop. To see if one is available in your area take a look at the DPD Pickup Shop Finder. If you are unable to access these options (or if you would simply prefer to) then you are welcome to return the order using your own shipping method.
Exchanges - FREE
We are able to offer a returns label for your item(s) at no cost (once per order) if you are exchanging for items to the same or greater value.
Refunds - £4 per Label
If you are returning your item(s) for a full or partial refund then we will deduct £4 from the amount refunded as payment for the label if used.
For Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Once returned to us if your order is found to be faulty then the label will be free for refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to read information on Faulty/Damaged items below.

We are unable to handle and inspect returned items unless they are clean and dry due to Health and Safety regulations. This is in particular reference to horse clothing and footwear. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.
You cannot cancel your contract if you have removed any sealed packaging on a product or purchased goods that are non-returnable. Non-returnable items will be stated on their respective product pages. Confirmed Non-returnable items include: Personalised or Special Order items, Riding Hats, Underwear, CD’s, DVD’s, Video’s and Computer Software.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then (unless purchasing non-returnable items for which you do not have a right to cancel) you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. On receipt of the goods and after inspection we will credit you the amount you paid for the goods. Please note that for International orders outside of the EU a refund will be given on the goods purchased only and NOT the shipping cost.
Most of our products offer a 12 month guarantee from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations (fair wear and tear). We hold the right, if necessary, to return products to the manufacturer for their assessments/comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns about the guarantee of your products then please phone our sales line and we will try to assist you. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

This great feature will allow you to organise your purchases from home, leaving to you browse our products in store when you collect with peace of mind that you won’t forget that urgent item! Also when you see an offer on our website you are able to purchase there and then, guaranteeing availability.
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
You Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that, as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up and get it sent out to you - it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
