Made from a lightweight and durable polyester mesh, the Amigo Bug Rug Fly Sheet will keep your horse wonderfully cool and dust free during the hot dusty summers, and the light colour will help to reflect the suns heat, so you needn't worry too much about ensuring the sheet be removed should it get too warm. The detachable full neck allows you to cover up completely or keep their necks free, entirely depending upon yours and your horse’s personal preference. If you have substantial trouble with biting insects in your area, then the full neck is advised, but you might find your horse doesn't need or want it and therein lies the choice.

The Amigo Bug Rug Fly Sheet comes complete with a generous size tail flap for additional protection and cross surcingles to ensure everything stays where it should do. Great for any horse who has trouble with buzzers and biters, or even one who just has a tendency to get really dusty after hours of cleaning!

Measure Your Rug

Fitting Guide

  1. To find out your horse's rug size measure from the centre of the chest to the rear of the hind leg (A to B).
  2. Once you have the measurement refer to the rug sizing guide above (for guide purposes only)
  3. When you receive the rug please ensure you try the rug on over a clean sheet. This keeps the rug clean and hair free allowing for its return if the size is incorrect.
  4. Check that the rug fits correctly - Correctly fitted horse rugs should not be too tight across the shoulder & should reach the base of the horses tail (excluding tail flap)
  5. The rug must fit correctly before leaving the horse unattended. A rug that is too tight may rub and pull across the shoulder. Too big and it may slip and be trodden on.
  6. Please Note: Except in the case of faulty goods we are unable to except returned rugs unless they are clean, hair-free, include all tags and are suitable for re-sale.
