The Rhino Plus Heavy Weight Turnout Rug has a unique barrier technology that protects the waterproof and breathable barrier under the rug making this an excellent choice in turnout rug for you and your horse.
 
The outer material is a 1000 Denier Polypropylene which is a stronger alternative to Polyester with waterproof and breathable qualities. Featuring a shine enhancing polyester lining this rug will keep your horse warm and dry throughout wear.
 
The 400g thermobonded fibrefill provides long lasting heat retention.
 
Added features include a detachable hood, V-front closures, leg arches and cross surcingles as standard. This rug is also compatible with Horsewares liner system.

Measure Your Rug

Fitting Guide

  1. To find out your horse's rug size measure from the centre of the chest to the rear of the hind leg (A to B).
  2. Once you have the measurement refer to the rug sizing guide above (for guide purposes only)
  3. When you receive the rug please ensure you try the rug on over a clean sheet. This keeps the rug clean and hair free allowing for its return if the size is incorrect.
  4. Check that the rug fits correctly - Correctly fitted horse rugs should not be too tight across the shoulder & should reach the base of the horses tail (excluding tail flap)
  5. The rug must fit correctly before leaving the horse unattended. A rug that is too tight may rub and pull across the shoulder. Too big and it may slip and be trodden on.
  6. Please Note: Except in the case of faulty goods we are unable to except returned rugs unless they are clean, hair-free, include all tags and are suitable for re-sale.
