Made from a special lightweight and durable mesh, the Amigo Mio Full Neck Pony Fly Rug has been specifically designed for the smaller pony, and they will remain highly protected from the suns heat and harmful rays, with the special UV protection integrated into the outer mesh. The Amigo Mio Fly Rug offers great protection at an even better price, and is perfect for protecting your horse from more than just the biting insects. The Mio Pony Fly Rug will also protect your horse from the worst thing about dry summers - the dirt and dust!

As the Amigo Mio Pony Fly Rug is so lightweight and breathable, you won't have to worry about your horse overheating or getting uncomfortable should the weather get too hot. The Mio Fly Rug will still allow great airflow around your horses body, and the colour of the sheet will reflect much of the heat.  The Mio also features cross surcingles, a generously sized tail flap for greater protection and velcro closures at the chest and on the neck cover.

Measure Your Rug

Fitting Guide

  1. To find out your horse's rug size measure from the centre of the chest to the rear of the hind leg (A to B).
  2. Once you have the measurement refer to the rug sizing guide above (for guide purposes only)
  3. When you receive the rug please ensure you try the rug on over a clean sheet. This keeps the rug clean and hair free allowing for its return if the size is incorrect.
  4. Check that the rug fits correctly - Correctly fitted horse rugs should not be too tight across the shoulder & should reach the base of the horses tail (excluding tail flap)
  5. The rug must fit correctly before leaving the horse unattended. A rug that is too tight may rub and pull across the shoulder. Too big and it may slip and be trodden on.
  6. Please Note: Except in the case of faulty goods we are unable to except returned rugs unless they are clean, hair-free, include all tags and are suitable for re-sale.
