The Sprenger Flex Control Loose Ring Mullen Mouth Bit helps to protect tender mouth spots of sensitive horses. It is a single jointed bit with a metal joint that is covered with a soft and flexible rubber coat.
The moveable rubber part enables the rider to achieve optimal throughness and contact to the horse.
Sensogan:
This Sprenger bit has been engineered from Sensogan, which is a distinctive composition of copper, manganese and zinc. With a reduced copper content the oxidation process is still maintained, however the extraordinary combination with manganese is what makes the difference; it results in a smoother and more regulated process of oxidation. This has a very positive influence on the hose's satisfaction, motivation and willingness to perform.
Sensogan does not tarnish easily and is easy to care for. All Sensogan bits are marked with a black ring with an arrow on the cheeks. Make sure that the arrow is pointing forwards on the left hand side.
