The Rambo® Airmax Cooler with Disc Front Closure is a dual-ability rug; it keeps your horse warm in cold weather yet allows for maximum airflow in hot weather. A unique design, it is made from a durable polyester airmesh, accommodating a soft absorbent inner that wicks away moisture from your horse’s skin, whilst the 3D construction regulates your horse’s temperature by keeping them warm and allowing maximum airflow.

This multi-purpose Rambo Rug can be used for travelling or after exercise and features a smooth outer which repels shavings or hay and keeps it looking smart and stylish. It has two adjustable, detachable surcingles for ease of use, and includes Horseware's lightweight disc front closure system and signature leg arch design for a comfortable fit. A smooth airmesh shoulder lining offers additional airflow, and a tail strap add to this versatile rug's finish.

    Measure Your Rug

    Fitting Guide

    1. To find out your horse's rug size measure from the centre of the chest to the rear of the hind leg (A to B).
    2. Once you have the measurement refer to the rug sizing guide above (for guide purposes only)
    3. When you receive the rug please ensure you try the rug on over a clean sheet. This keeps the rug clean and hair free allowing for its return if the size is incorrect.
    4. Check that the rug fits correctly - Correctly fitted horse rugs should not be too tight across the shoulder & should reach the base of the horses tail (excluding tail flap)
    5. The rug must fit correctly before leaving the horse unattended. A rug that is too tight may rub and pull across the shoulder. Too big and it may slip and be trodden on.
    6. Please Note: Except in the case of faulty goods we are unable to except returned rugs unless they are clean, hair-free, include all tags and are suitable for re-sale.
