All turnout rugs and turnout hoods within the Rambo range are equipped with a 10-year guarantee<\/strong> for waterproofness, breathability, and hardware. This is applicable to purchases made on or after January 1, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Optional Registration:<\/strong> Register your product within 90 days of purchase at horseware.com\/turnoutguarantee<\/a> for added claim convenience and assurance of eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\nRhino\u00ae Turnouts & Hoods Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Rhino turnout rug and turnout hoods collection have a 3-year guarantee<\/strong>. This Horseware\u00ae guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at Horseware\u2019s discretion) of your Rhino\u00ae Turnouts* and hoods, if there are defects related to waterproofness, breathability, and hardware within the guarantee period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\nRambo\u00ae & Rhino\u00ae Warranty Exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Rambo\u00ae and Rhino\u00ae Turnouts are engineered for continual high performance in normal settings. If they are used in the way intended and it incurs a defect on waterproofness, breathability, or hardware within the guarantee period, it’s our responsibility to repair or replace it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are, however, some circumstances in which the Turnout guarantee doesn’t cover the repair or replacement of a turnout. These aren’t hidden in the small print. Here’s what isn’t covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- It does not cover damage from external forces on the turnout, nor damage from undue strain placed on the fabric or closures. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Your guarantee is void if the turnout has been repaired in any way or has been washed incorrectly. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Any replacement turnouts received during the guarantee period of your initial turnout are only guaranteed from the date of purchase of the initial turnout for 3 years. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If the issue is from wear and tear or undue strain the issue is not covered by your warranty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Your Rambo\u00ae and Rhino\u00ae turnouts must be washed according to the instructions below<\/a>, failure to do so will damage the waterproof coating of your turnout and this will be easily detected in subsequent tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Reproofing your Rambo\u00ae or Rhino\u00ae turnout in its first 3 years of use will invalidate your warranty. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The turnout must also be stored correctly and protected from prolonged UV exposure, and extreme temperatures, during storage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nAmigo\u00ae Turnouts & Hoods Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Amigo turnout rugs and turnout hoods are covered by Horseware’s 2-year global manufacturer’s warranty<\/strong>, covering defects in materials and workmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Altered or repaired products void the warranty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nWashing Instructions for your Horseware\u00ae Turnout <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Horseware\u00ae advises professional cleaning of your turnout by a launderette that facilitates and is proficient in the washing of horse rugs (following the guidelines below). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To wash your turnout yourself, you should first gently brush off any excess dirt and mud from the outside. Once dry, gently hose off your turnout, and use a wash that is specifically formulated to clean horse turnouts without damaging the fabric or waterproof coatings, preferably a natural or non-biological substance. Strong or biological detergents can cause damage to the waterproof coating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Horseware\u00ae do not recommend washing your turnout with a power washer, as the pressure from the washer can possibly damage the waterproof layer on the turnout. Washing should be done on a Cool Wash not to exceed 30 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once your turnout is thoroughly washed hang to drip dry, fold neatly into a breathable storage bag. DO NOT Dry Clean. DO NOT Tumble dry with heat. Store in a cool, dry area away from any moisture or damp areas, while also avoiding excessive heat. The bags Horseware\u00ae Turnouts are packaged in are a perfect bag to re-use for turnout storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
