Harry Meade is renowned for many things in the equestrian community \u2014 his unquestionable ability on the cross-country field, his horsemanship, and his friendly manner. What many don\u2019t see is his unwavering commitment to the sport: the dedication and perseverance he brings to making eventing the very best it can be \u2014 for the horse, the rider, and the supporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This lifelong dedication has propelled Harry through the FEI rankings, earning him the title of World Number One<\/strong>! It\u2019s an accolade few can claim, and one that reflects his attention to detail, relentless work ethic, and drive to stay at the top of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a great honour to be world number one, and a real milestone. It\u2019s
particularly rewarding for the wider team behind me \u2013 they are so invested and
their hard work and support has led to this, I\u2019m proud for all of them\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When asked what is the key to staying at the top of the sport for so long, Harry
replied \u201cProducing horses in a softly-softly way, and making sure they enjoy their
job. My focus is always each horse\u2019s long-term development, both mentally and
physically with their longevity in mind. I\u2019m always learning, and the key to
ongoing success is being able to do it on all kinds of horses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cOur owners and sponsors have fully bought in to our way of doing it, they have
faith that it works and are in it for the long term. My aim is to do them justice\u201d.
\u201cI\u2019ve followed eventing since before I could walk and it\u2019s the sport I love. There
are still mountains in front of me that I want to climb, but for a brief moment in a
life where you rarely stand still, we\u2019ll take a moment to pause and look back and
