What were your first impressions?<\/strong> “I thought the Leather Balm was really good value for money when compared to other brands and products. It said that it leaves leather with a ‘brilliant shine’ so I thought that this product would be good to make my bridle look really smart for shows! I chose Effax as it’s a brand I was already familiar with.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How was the size? <\/strong>“A little goes a long way! a tub lasts ages, even with regular use”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did you test the product? <\/strong>“I got one of my less cared for tack to see how what a difference the Leather Balsam would make and it certainly did the job! After sponging off any dirt and sweat with a damp cloth, I then rubbed the product into the leather using a sponge. You could see the leather instantly absorbing the balm, and it definitely felt softer once it had dried slightly. I now use it on all my tack as I really liked the result.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was your favourite feature? <\/strong>“The beeswax in it smells great! I also really like how easy it is to apply and how quickly it nourishes the leather, without being sticky”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other comments? <\/strong>“I really like this product for regular use, however for really dirty tack I would use a cleaner beforehand, and for any extremely dry leather an oil may be more suitable as it does absorb quickly” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
