With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Our Redpost Equestrian Gift Vouchers can be purchased & redeemed both online & in store.
Online - When you purchase a Gift Voucher on our website it will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can then choose to print the voucher or forward the email to the lucky recipient. Our Vouchers can be purchased in £10, £20 or £50 denominations online. You can amend the quantity of these in the basket to order a greater value. We can only email 1 voucher per order. So the total of all gift vouchers in your basket will be sent as a single voucher (i.e. 4 x £20 vouchers will be sent as a single £80 voucher). If you wish to be sent multiple vouchers then you will need to place separate orders for each one.
In Store - Our Vouchers can be purchased in any value and a physical voucher will be presented to you at the till.
Our vouchers expire after 1 years without use.You cannot use discount codes against Gift Vouchers. Any discount code used on Gift Vouchers will result in the Gift Voucher being sent to you at that value.
Please Note: When ordering online if the Gift Voucher is the only item in your order please select the "Email Gift Voucher" shipping option. If you are ordering other items please select the shipping method you require as normal for the items and your gift voucher will be emailed to you.
