How to use EQ Bands for a Banded Row
Begin by standing with both feet positioned in the middle of a resistance band, holding onto the bands with each hand. Push your hips back until your body is parallel to the ground. Keep your elbows close to your body as you row the band towards you, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
How to use the EQ Bands for Banded Standing Hip Thrust
Standing with your feet in a comfortable position and arms by your side push your hips back while keeping your knees slightly bent. Ensure your lower back stays straight before pushing your hips back to the starting position.
