You can canter into gift-giving with confidence, knowing that any purchases made now can be returned or exchanged up until Wednesday 7th January.
Whether you’re saddling up for stocking fillers or galloping towards the perfect present, our extended returns policy gives you the freedom to shop with ease and peace of mind.
How to return your item during extended returns
To return an item during our extended Christmas returns period is just as simple and straightforward as at any other time of year.
Check the product
Ensure the item is in its original condition as purchased. This includes all product tags and any packaging that came with it.
Include your Returns Form
Print, complete, and enclose the Returns Form in your parcel. If you don’t have a printer, please use the form as guidance when writing your return note.
Create your Royal Mail label
If you have a printer, print your Royal Mail label at home. If not, use the link below to generate a label and simply show the QR code on your phone at the Post Office.
Send your parcel
Take your parcel to your local Post Office, or book a Royal Mail Parcel Collect pick-up by clicking here.
