About the product
Providing 90%+ UV protection and made with strong and lightweight 270g polyester outer, the Kool Coat Classic III Rug with Surcingles is a superb choice for outdoor use, especially through the warmer months.
Traditional shoulder gussets allow great freedom of movement and adjustable buckle front closures and twin low cross surcingles help to keep the rug secure. Finished with a large tail flap for extra coverage, the Kool Coat Classic III would be a fantastic choice when the temperature is up.
What were your first impressions?
I was very surprised with how light the rug was considering the amount of fabric there was, due to it being 7ft.
How was the sizing & fit?
It fits really well with no rubbing out of mane or chest.
How did you test the product?
I would say it does come up a little smaller around the neck, but it dose have a lot of holes on the adjustable front closure to make it bigger!
What was your favourite feature?
William has been wearing it in the evenings while he’s out. He does get very irritated by horse flys, but he seems to very happy and comfortable in this rug.
Any other comments?
I really like the neck cover as it’s really easy to do up and there is enough length to go up to his ears.
