The LeMieux Arika Storm-Tek 350g Turnout Rug is a revolutionary design, engineered with a two-part patented system to increase freedom of movement for your horse. The independent lower 'skirt' provides a breaking the hemline to relieve tension and increase flexibility. The central panel helps to self-right the rug and provides added protection against the elements.
At the front of the Storm-Tek Rug is an innovative angled front closure system that features a unique design registered buckle to evenly balance and distribute pressure, helping to prevent rubbing on the point of the shoulder and across the chest. The main body of the rug is cut from a super-tough and durable 1200D Oxford weave, developed in a custom width removing the requirement for a central seam along the back and is wide enough to provide depth without additional side seams, thus eliminating the risk of leaks and moisture seeping through.
Extremely versatile, this rug boasts 350g of thermobonded fibrefill for warmth in cooler weather. The Arika Turnout Rugs are also equipped with inner fastenings that allow
Arika Rug Liners to be added. These liners allow you to easily adjust the warmth of your horse in changeable climates. A detachable neck cover (included) helps to provide extra coverage when required.
