For the measurements you have provided I am sorry to say that you do not fit exactly into a specific size. Our size chart is measured in inches. Your sizing equates to approximately 13 x 14 inches. The closest in the size chart for you would be XXS. However it would appear they would be a little too long. We do offer an easy returns process so if you wanted to try them and they did not fit you could return them for an exchange or a refund.
