The Musto Event BR1 Ladies Long Waterproof Parka Jacket has been made in Musto’s classic equestrian style and boasts waterproof, windproof and breathable qualities in line with Musto’s BR1 standard.
A must-have for wet weather equestrian wear, this technical garment features a rear riding vent and pommel flap for riding as well as branded leg straps to keep it in place.
There is a double hood system that rolls away when the weather brightens up, with a quilted inner hood to provide insulation.
Other carefully designed features of the Event BR1 Parka include DWR inner cuffs with a wraparound cuff tie and large bellow pockets that are ideal for storing items that you need easily to hand.
BR1 is a Musto waterproof rating for fabric that delivers complete protection in a persistent downpour so you stay dry outdoors.
Even after the fabric has been washed five times, BR1 has a minimum hydrostatic waterhead of 5,000mm up to 10,000mm. This is a significantly higher waterproof rating than the industry minimum of 1,500mm. BR1 fabrics allow 5,000g of moisture to pass through it, giving it a breathability rating of 5,000g/24hrs.
