Extended Christmas Returns

From 1st October 2025 enjoy our extended Christmas returns!
  1. All purchases made between 1st October and 10th December 2025 can be returned until Wednesday, 7th January 2026.
  2. Items bought after 10th December 2025 follow our standard 28-day return policy.

Our Returns Process

It's important to us that you get the right items for you and your animals. You have 28 days from receiving your order to return your items. Please see the below options for processing your return.


Klarna

Orders placed using Klarna cannot be exchanged - if you wish to change items on a Klarna order, you will need to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

Exchanges - FREE

If you would like to exchange any items in your order, we are able to offer a free postage label once per order. If the item you would like in exchange is out of stock or unavailable, you can exchange for any item of the same or greater value, or we can process a refund. In the event of a refund, our normal returns policy will apply £4 will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the postage label. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, you will need to pay the difference and our Returns team will contact you to arrange this.

We will aim to confirm receipt of the item(s) within 2 working days of receiving them. If it is possible, we will also confirm the refund/exchange at the same time.

Please note that Air Jackets cannot be returned using our standard Royal Mail returns process. If you need to return or exchange your Air Jacket, please contact our team, and we will assist you in arranging the return to Redpost Equestrian. Failure to comply may affect your eligibility for a refund

Refunds - £4 per Label

If you are returning your item(s) for a full or partial refund then we will deduct £4 from the amount refunded as payment for the label if used

  • Check that the product is in its original condition from when it was purchased. This includes product tags and any product packaging that came with it.
  • Print, complete & include in your parcel the Returns Form. If you do not have a printer please use this as guidance when writing your return note.
  • Create your Royal Mail Label. (If you do not have a printer, use the link below to create a Royal Mail label, and then show the QR code on your phone at the Post Office.)
  • Take your parcel to the Post Office, or book a Royal Mail Parcel Collect pick-up by clicking here.

International Returns

For international customers returning goods you must mark the parcel and Returns Form as a "Return" in order to correctly avoid customs charges. Should you encounter customs charges upon the entry of your parcel in to the UK we will not be responsible for paying these and your goods will be returned to you and in most cases the courier will not refund your postage costs. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you are responsible for the postage costs.

Returns Contract

We are unable to handle and inspect returned items unless they are clean and dry due to Health and Safety regulations. This is in particular reference to horse clothing and footwear. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

You have 28 days from receipt of your goods to return them to us for refund or exchange.

You cannot return items if you have removed any sealed packaging on a product or purchased goods that are non-returnable. Non-returnable items will be stated on their respective product pages. Confirmed Non-returnable items include: Personalised or Special Order items, Underwear, CD's, DVD's, Videos, and Computer Software. Please note that bits cannot be returned if they have been in the horse's mouth.

Riding hats can only be returned if the special instructions (included with each hat) are followed. Riding hats must be returned in a box (in addition to their own box) which must be well-padded to prevent damage during transit. Riding hats will not be accepted for return if they are returned using inadequate packaging.

Air Jackets cannot be returned using our standard Royal Mail returns process. If you wish to return or exchange an Air Jacket, you must contact our team to arrange the appropriate return process. Failure to follow the correct return procedure may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

We aim to process refunds/exchanges within 7 days (usually within 3 days) from when we receive the goods back, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Please note that for International orders, a refund will be given on the goods purchased only and NOT the shipping cost.

For international customers returning goods, you must mark the parcel and customs form clearly as "Returned Goods", in order to correctly avoid customs charges. If for any reason customs charges are incurred upon the entry of your parcel in to the UK we will not be responsible for paying these, and your goods will be returned to you. In most cases the courier will not refund your postage costs.

Goods returned must be returned in the condition they were received in. This includes all packaging which must be intact and complete, ready for resale. Items must be returned with protective packaging and tape, labels or glue must not be applied directly to product packaging as this will result to damage that effects resell. Returned goods are thoroughly inspected when we receive them, and any goods with signs of damage, use, wear, or that are dirty may not be accepted, or you may be charged a restocking fee. We hold the right to deduct the costs of these damages from the amount to be re-credited to you.

  • Contact us at your earliest convenience by either emailing [email protected] or phoning us with details about your faulty/damaged item(s). We will provide a Returns Form for you to fill in and send back to us at your earliest convenience.
  • We will then contact you and inform you of the next stage. DO NOT return items to us before receiving confirmation to do so. We will provide a FREE returns label if we require the item back. We will NOT refund your returns postage if you decide to send the item back using your own method unless confirmed before you send the item back.

EQU StreamZ Magnetic Horse Bands introduce a unique, non-invasive approach to magnetic technology for equine joint care and wellbeing. Unlike traditional magnetic products that use static magnets and can generate heat, these bands utilise a continuous StreamZ technology strip to provide a unique 360° spinning energy field, preventing temperature increase. This allows the bands to be worn for long periods, including immediately after exercise and during turnout.

    How to Use:

    • Use two bands (one pair) on any two legs, placed just above or below the fetlock.
    • Clean the legs before fitting.
    • For soft ground or sensitive skin, wrap a few layers of equine tape around the leg first.
    • Ensure Velcro does not touch the skin and bands sit evenly.
    • Remove before riding.
    • Fit snugly — one finger's width between band and leg.
    • Wear for minimum 8 hours, ideally 24/7 for best results.

    Placement:

    • Above fetlock (cannon bone): turnout in soft ground or light work.
    • Below fetlock (pastern): box rest or indoor turnout.

    Weather:

    • Remove if bands may be submerged in mud or water.
    • Tape can help in very muddy conditions, above or below the band.

    Notes:

    • Can be used on any two legs for full-body coverage.
    • Require normal care and common sense, like any tack.

    Lost/Damaged:

    • Lost bands not covered under warranty and singles aren't sold.
    • Horses can sometimes remove them — even if they've never removed tack before.
    • Turnout strips (glow‑in‑the‑dark badges) can help secure the fastening and make lost bands easier to find; ideal for chewers or long turnout.

    Riding:

    • Remove bands before riding to avoid slipping, rubbing, or falling off.

    24/7 Use:

    • Can be worn all day, every day, especially during recovery.
    • Not suited for extreme mud or conditions where bands may be submerged.
    • Use common sense depending on weather and ground.

    Replacement:

    • Replace bands every 3–4 years as technology is updated and becomes more effective.

    Cleaning:

    • Wash regularly with cold water and mild soap only.
    • Remove the silicone StreamZ strips before washing.
    • Ensure strips are reinserted with smooth side facing the skin.
    • Never use hot water — it can damage the fastening hooks.
    • Keep track of the silicone strips when removed; they cannot be lost once fitted, but can be misplaced when removed for washing.

    Storage:

    • Store away from traditional magnets; direct contact can affect StreamZ polarisation.
    • Safe to use alongside other magnetic or therapy products, but store separately when not in use.

  • How many magnets are in each wrap and what strength and grade are the magnets?

    Hi Sarah, We have checked with our supplier regarding your query and they have the following response: 'Streamz do not contain multiple magnets, the entire product is magnetised and the direction/process of our magnetic fields do not create a gauss reading like you see with traditional pulsating magnets. This is how Streamz is unique and why no heat is created when in use.'
