Saturday Cafe Assistant
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team on Saturday on a permanent basis.
You will be working with a team that offer knowledge and advice to customers in a busy equestrian retail environment. An understanding and interest in horses is necessary in order to offer professional customer service. As well as serving, you will be loading feed and bedding into customer vehicles, so you must be physically fit and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Role
- Assisting customers with purchases in store

Deputy Store Manager
We are looking for an experienced retail professional to join our store management team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, dynamic business, supporting the day-to-day running of our busy retail store and café. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service and help drive the continued success of the business. Equestrian knowledge or experience would be beneficial; however, we also welcome candidates with a genuine enthusiasm to learn about the industry and our products
The role involves supporting the management of a team of 20–25 staff across both the shop and café, helping to implement management decisions and promote a positive working environment. The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to support the wellbeing of the shop team and encourage the ongoing development of individuals.
They will also be required to step into the Duty Manager role in the Store Manager’s absence, so the ability to quickly gain a solid understanding of key policies and procedures is essential. While the position includes some administrative responsibilities, it is primarily a hands-on role, working alongside the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Pay
£31,000 - £34,000 dependent on experience.
