Fully lined, waterproof and with a 600 denier ripstop outer, this strong, lightweight rug is great for keeping your horse dry in the warmer months. With adjustable cross surcingles and fillet strap, this PFC free rug will suit any horse. This Shires Highlander Rug also features attachments for WarmaRug liners, so you can easily adjust the weight of the rug for extra warmth when your horse needs it.

    Measure Your Rug
    Fitting Guide

    1. Measure from the centre of your horse's chest to the buttocks where you would expect the rug to finish.
    2. Once you have the measurement refer to the rug sizing guide above (for guide purposes only)
    3. When you receive the rug please ensure you try the rug on over a clean sheet. This keeps the rug clean and hair free allowing for its return if the size is incorrect.
    4. Check that the rug fits correctly - Correctly fitted horse rugs should not be too tight across the shoulder & should reach the base of the horses tail (excluding tail flap)
    5. The rug must fit correctly before leaving the horse unattended. A rug that is too tight may rub and pull across the shoulder. Too big and it may slip and be trodden on.
    6. Please Note: Except in the case of faulty goods we are unable to except returned rugs unless they are clean, hair-free, include all tags and are suitable for re-sale.
