Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Orders placed between Thursday 15th October and Thursday 24th December are subject to extended Christmas returns. Purchases in store and online in this period can be returned up until Friday 15th January.

A memory foam wither relief pad contours to the horse’s shape and lifts the rug off the wither to reduce rubbing and provide added comfort, while an innovative Ezi-Clip front closure is fast and easy to use.
The detachable neck cover can be easily fastened to the main part of the rug, allowing versatility for the changing weather.
Other benefits of this ComFiTec Plus Dynamic Rug include traditional side gussets for natural movement and elasticated, adjustable and removable leg straps for a secure and comfortable fit, reflective strips on each front side and tail flap for extra visibility, twin low cross surcingles and large tail flap for additional protection complete this rug.
