What does special order mean on some items?

    Thank you for your question. Special order means the item will have to be ordered and come in from the supplier before getting dispatched to you. In most cases the item will be specially made at the time of ordering and so may have a longer lead time, the lead time can be seen on the basket page when the item has been added to your basket.
